NOTE: Return form by Sunday, October 2, 2016. You may pay online or return form with payment to Our Father’s Children at 6250 N.E. Loop 820, Fort Worth, TX 76021 Fax: 817-893-0057. Make checks payable to Our Father’s Children. Pickup will be at the CEC parking lot (across from The Hills Church – 6250 N.E. Loop 820) on Wednesday, October 5th beginning at 4:00 p.m. and closing at 7:00 p.m. Please pick up your order during this time.
