In my office are 2 large white boards that we use for summer camps and retreats. They are filled with names for staff positions, counselors, and campers depending on what program is going on at the time. It is always a sad day when it is time to erase the white boards from summer!
However it also reminds me of all the wonderful volunteers we have and the love that is poured out on some precious children! Here is a quote from a camper and it happened on the bus as it was arriving; Ben, a return Camper was on the bus Monday as it made the final turn towards the Camp; looking out the window seeing all the counselors & staff holding up signs and cheering, he turned around to some kids who had never been to Royal Family Kids Camp, and said…
When God calls, it’s almost impossible to refuse Him. We all know that undeniable pull to do His bidding.
